@apollo60 Does it detail the reasons that with all of the mountains of evidence they have, Trumpo isn’t using his power as “president” and the GOP controlled senate, and a stacked Supreme Court and a personal lapdog running the DOJ to convict or even charge any of these people? It must be a conspiracy bigger than the illuminati. Maybe we need to call Hagbard Celine and ask if Operation MF is back on and the ghosts of Joyce, Burroughs and Markoff Chaney are working with the AMA (the band) to control everything.

@illodiini - Many of the far more relevant battleground states remain competitive - that is, they feature percentages within the always sexy margin of error. When the appalling BJ “went down” with Covid in Britain, he received a boost in the polls. And President Frump’s comedy campaign did need a “game changer” given his overall poll lag.
Responsible voters must also consider maintaining Alec Baldwin in gainful employ.

@caesar - Yeah, well, while you seem wishy-washy in your view of Trump, I think a stance must be taken, whether Biden wins or not. And winning because the stupid ass kicks the spit bucket would be bad for the Americans and the world.

I’m unequivocally ambiguous, to be sure. Just tryin’ to be objective in the reading of political tea leaves. I figure that everyone else has the more colourfully abusive side of things amply covered. Anyway, Russian urinary tract infections should have no impact on the notorious germophobe, unless he had a cut or something.
I’ve merely heard of President Alec Baldwin, that’s all. I’d only really watch clips if Larry David was on the show. My people don’t wear kilts - reaving Vikings should be aware of that.

Naah, I don’t mind, strange bedfellows and all that. Dubious things happen in love and war. Personally I’d have turn to Satan to defend ol’ homestead if it’s been up to me. Times were tough. Then again most Finns weren’t that keen with Nazis and Mannerheim in point of fact despised Hitler. But our enemy’s enemy did give us men and material. You can look it up.
I actually think Sibelius was a bit excited about Nazi-party at the beginning, but so was many other intellectuals at the time. But it wore of pretty quickly, unlike with the Trumptards who viciously ward off any evidence about their Master’s duplicity.

I always thought it was a case of “any port in a storm” - the enemy of your enemy being your friend. There was an existential threat hanging over the Finns at that time, bordering the world’s worst neighbour (not the Swedes. Or Santa Claus, for that matter). Irish Nationalists - during the First World War - turned to the Germans for military assistance against the evil British.
However, I’d caution against any violation of Godwin’s Law regarding President Frump.
