Anyone, who denies him his leadership credit due, is 1. Def. does not live in NYC. 2. Did not properly synthesize: his decisions in respect to the State he runs;Forgot he and all States and Local leaders across the country were working off the most ambiguous disorganized set of intel concerning this crisis made available to them. 3. The fact that, the death toll would have been the same with an earlier closing; because of the federal government’s failure to ban flights from Europe and to launch a national testing program; which basically blinds everyone and the experts onto which directions the virus has predominantly taken (imperative in the containment of any infectious disease); shows no symptoms for 2-4 days, and NO SYMPTOMS AT ALL in some of the infected. Which are factors that contribute to speed of spreading an invisible asymptomatic virus.(Fighting an Invisible enemy much?) 4. If it wasn’t for a study to check blood samples going back to January 1st,Awareness that coronavirus antibodies were present in blood samples that were taken in February, suggesting that the virus was loose in the city WELL before ANY shutdown debate was even a thought. Which means the ‘killer was loose’ before we knew there was a killer, in other words the same number of casualties tallied by april was going to happen no matter what the available measures to take, were taken. You can’t unring a bell that’s tolled. The extent of the ’seeding’ of the virus in New York wasn’t b/c the city wasn’t shut down 3-7 days earlier of the date it was suggested…It’s because it was here for 5 WEEKS, (before there was any talk even on a Federal level) and NOBODY KNEW IT. Cuomo took charge, like a real LEADER, making unpopular decisions, that were criticized etc, BUT hmm runs the state with the biggest city and most traveled to in the world.Is the financial Capital Center of the world, in Wall St. where, what happens there sends a financial ripple effect to the entire world… as 2008 taught us. YET,he made the tough decisions 95% of our leaders would’ve shirked from, Stopping a Trillions of dollars global commerce infrastructure? Or keep it working but in a responsible safety first capacity? He and local leaders even those that opposed him, can’t and DON’T argue with these facts:New York is now processing as many as 100,000 coronavirus tests A DAY, 2ND highest number of any state and the fourth-highest on a per capita basis, according to Johns Hopkins University-The number of New Yorkers hospitalized has declined by more than 90% since the middle of May (and that’s with some businesses reopened operating at 25% capacity), did he make mistakes? absolutely…is there any Governor WHO’s approach was spotless? flawless? mistake-free? Exactly. Especially governing the state with New York City, the largest city in nation, an international hub with 19 million people in its greater metropolitan area, factors to be cognizant of b/c of how especially vulnerable to the pandemic it made us, and worse; how extremely challenging a place to fight it, it is.

This has to be a Joke?? “Leadership Lessons from Andrew Cuomo-tose, the Murdering Monster of NYC! What’s the real number of elderly that he sent to their deaths? In Democratic circles he’s a “hero”. In reality, he’s a serial killer
Incompetent, insufferable and insane! This guy has the balls of a diseased elephant.

Andrew Cuomo is a democRat. thus he learned nothing. This should be a 1 page book.
October 14th, 2020
Shouldn’t he be leading instead of writing a book while “the pandemic still rages”?

Trumpies are really triggered by words from someone who had to fight not just against a pandemic but a federal government that determined that “Blue States” failing was a good thing for the GOP, so they could blame the Democrat governors for all the deaths. As we see by the parroting of that line above.
As was predicable, to everyone except Trump and his id1ot son in law, the “Red” states got it even worse a few months later and without Democrats to blame for Florida et al, they resorted to blaming China, and pretending it wasn’t happening; neither tactic doing anything to reduce the world’s worst death toll.

@QDaddy: Yes, real men don’t write. Think how much golf Cuomo could have played or TV he could have watched if he hadn’t wasted his time writing a book.
October 14th, 2020
How to kill grannies and get away with it, would be the honest title for this book.
The only kind of person that would read this and enjoy it would be some kind of sociopath like Cuomo and his equally dreadful brother. Avoid like the plague, which he gave the elderly of New York and then refused them treatment for.

Thank you for the upload. It was a fascinating inside look at the horrors suffered by New York. Offers a clear-eyed assessment of what worked and what needs improvement for the next wave of the pandemic. Answers the ignorant criticisms by Trump and his toadies.

@Gweilo
Absolutely right.
October 17th, 2020
How does he have time to write a book?

@trollprince: Maybe not spending 8 hours a day watching TV and sending tweets helps.
