Dr Martin is clearly someone who knows a heap about war. He was a military adviser in Afghanistan.

@pryderi Do you know how monumentally difficult it is to run a war for two decades in an occupied country that you have neither invaded nor conquered?!

This seems like an excellent book so far, but I’ve noticed a lot of hitches and pauses that sound like editing mistakes; is that on my end, or the recording?
