Al’s great-great-great grandfather was…hang on…William Makepeace Thackeray!
I hate to make people wait like that, but all the clever television programmes nowadays utilise that kind of tense stand-off device.
The blurb is a little obsolete, of course; but I think that Al’s economic policy will not strike a lot of people as being appropriately satirical. Especially the “magic beans” characters.
