Is it any surprise that members of congress create laws for us but not them? (Insider trading, selling influence, blocking regulation for favors, and on and on). Sham committee hearings and boldly lying to the American public before congress. It is amazing they keep getting re-elected. I don’t blame the dog for biting. I blame the owner. Politicians will become corrupted by power and money. I blame the voters who re-elect them.

But seriously, pretty much every American is making China rich. We all have cell phones or video games in our homes, 99% of which are made in China. Our ‘American’ automobiles are setting in lots waiting for important Chinese parts. You could buy American, if you want to pay 20%-100% more. But who can really afford that nowadays when items are so costly? We all don’t get to sell our coloring book pictures to undisclosed people for $500K a pop. :u/

The cover and chapters show Biden, despite the lack of any evidence he did anything untoward. It was HIS JOB to meet Xi AS A DIPLOMAT. Meanwhile the book gives one paragraph to Mitch McConnell, whose wife, Elaine Chao, has family in the shipping business in China. And no mention at all of Ivanka’s Chinese trademarks, or Trump’s own Chinese bank account.
Ignores how the US economy was hollowed out as big business moved manufacturing to China. Pure greed by US billionaires and CEOs mostly GOP supporting, is what put you in this mess.

Gweilo, it has most certainly been on both sides, but NOT mostly on the GOP side, if anything, it’s been the opposite, simply because of more opportunity. Also, there is PLENTY of evidence of Biden receiving millions from China. And, yes, you are right, McConnell is up to his eyeballs in corruption as well. D.C. needs a thorough housecleaning on both sides of the uniparty.
