If governments were to actually follow her demands, *millions* (if not more) people would die.
No more fossil fuels would stop the global transport of food.
It would also cause mass deaths among diabetics and the elderly; due to lack of power to run refrigerators, air conditioners and heaters.

There are actually ways to generate electricity without burning up the planet. We have to do it sooner or later. The sooner, the fewer will die as a result of famine, resource wars, storms, drought, etc.

Will someone tell Great Von Doomsburg that the ONLY thing that is causing pollution is Overpopulation. I grew up in the 60’s, my parents drove cars with leaded gas and there was ZERO issues with pollution, and we had less than 1/4 the worlds population we have now. So tell her to start screaming How Dare You at all the pregnant women.

WOW, no one has ever once suggested cutting off ALL the fossil fuel based electricity. It’s not your fault you think this, it’s the popular talking point on conservative tv. What IS wanted, is that we begin moving towards the complete replacement if fossil fuel energy with clean energy. No one thinks that this will happen overnight. Fossil fuel will be phased out as we replace it, bit by bit until we are running 100% on clean, reusable sources if energy
