I don’t think these people get it. The more they howl, the harder the old guard digs in and the more young people begin to question the dominant narrative. A billionaire is a narcissist? ALL billionaires are narcissists. That’s how you become a billionaire. Period. In all cases. Period.

With respect, had either of you read the book, you would have ripostes to both of your statements:
1.Anyone in significant power is, by nature, a narcissist i.e., endowed with a large sense of self-worth, expressed as confidence, which contributes to leadership. The “healthy” flavor of narcissism also recognizes limitations and that rules are meaningful. Donald Trump is an extremely dangerous variety, a “Malignant narcissist” as defined by the DSM, which includes sociopathy: regarding all around him, especially those who support him, as no more than tools to be used and discarded. We used to call such people megalomaniacs.
2.The “Goldwater rule” no longer applies for two reasons- first, there is SO much more data than any practitioner would accumulate over a lifetime of one-hour clinic sessions , freely given on a daily basis by the Trump. Second, there is a legal duty when a mental health professional detects a “clear and present danger” to either the patient or his community (”duty to warn”). It’s self-evident The Clear and Present Danger Express left the station awhile ago.
p.s.- The “political hacks” statement is lame- They’re DOCTORS, M.D. psychiatrists and psychologists who have taken significant professional risks to warn the country- your opinion is not equivalent to decades of professional training and education.
While on the subject, I deeply object to a minority of poorly educated hillbillies setting the destiny for the nation. Shame on you.

This is all a distraction, my American friends. Please real Henry Ford’s books entitled “The International Jew” (Four Volumes), it has all the answers to your/our problems. They are the biggest criminals in history, and this American hero tried to warn us and so did many others.

I’ve just finished this book and found it informative and fascinating, but it had few real surprises. There is no question that Trump lies, and does so constantly — even when presented with clear and irrefutable evidence that what he has asserted is not true. Several of the mental health experts in this book are of the opinion that in any one of those cases, Trump could take and pass a lie detector test. His delusions run that deep.
One thing that I have taken from this book is not so much about Trump — we all knew he was crazy — but about the millions of Americans who have been taken in and believe his delusions. It would be kind to say they are gullible, but gullible is another word for stupid.
As I type this the Democrats look to be hours away from taking control of the Senate while Trump supporters have invaded the White House. Unfortunately, Trump’s support base is not purely made up of stupid people, but also other mentally ill crazy people, who believe in ridiculous conspiracy theories, and see Trump as a catalyst for them to come together while carrying loaded assault rifles. People are going to die and the title of this book will be underlined.
