Why blame the capitalists for capitalizing on legislation that promotes segregation of society.
It’s the fault of lawmakers and influencers of public opinion for creating the new un-equal rights for society, not capitalism.

For example this author, publisher, etc. is capitalizing off the seperation of this very society. They are doing that which they falsly oppose by putting politics in the business of book authoring and selling.
Its a neverending cycle to get our money into their pockets, no matter who ‘their’ are, and no matter what the cost is to society as a whole.
