won’t be freedom for non-Christians, or for the LGBTQ+ community. The freedom these people advocate for is the freedom of christians to discriminate and impose their biblical worldview on everyone

Basic freedom for me and not for the idea. When you bring up immorality in the same breath as freedom you are missing the whole point of freedom. Freedom is to do as you wish as long as no one else is hurt. For example, being gay. If you are gay or Trans and you do not physically hurt people then to suppress them in any way is removing freedom. You might not like it yet freedom demands you suck it up. I find people who yell for freedom the loudest are the first to remove freedom from everyone.

You have every right to believe as you want and in everything you want. You can say anything you want. You have to remember others have the same freedom to not believe as you do. They have the same rights as you to live as they believe. That is freedom true freedom. All laws are a imposition on freedom. That is why it is important to participate in politics. Business also has the freedom not to keep people employed that do not follow their corporate policies. Work is a privilege not a right. Everything the government does is by nature a removal of freedoms. If you lose elections you have to suffer the consequences. If you want change then you have to he prepared to remove liberty and freedom to force people to you view of right and wrong. Just be honest and don’t say you are a freedom fighter or working for liberty. You are not you just want to force everyone to believe as you do.

The thing I am seeing here is issues both side have against each other. The left does have a valid argument for the persecution of gays & trans by Christians & Catholic, and what’s called the patriarchy, although the real problems are men who abuse their wives. But that’s on both sides. Having a women home to raise the kids has been with us ever since humans appeared. But I see why the left is trying to drain masculinity from everyone, which I think is nuts. We will evolve and change. But men in power who who tell others that being gay is somehow wrong, or even worse, by the devil. That is wrong, also insane, and even goes against their own beliefs. I fully believe that rights like gay marriage as well as pro choice need universal acceptance. The far right suffers from a ego of purity and superiority, and that leads to stupid and violent behavior. The violence towards gays and trans and women needs to stop. And there is no reason to keep religion in school and workplaces. You have churches. There is no reason to try to spread your beliefs as people have already made up their minds. I also understand that the right are up in arms over having men who are trans, competing in woman’s sports and just easily winning in every event is totally insane. I am very angry to see all these woman, who have worked so hard all their lives to be the best, stolen away by more males. And you complain about the Patriarchy?? You have stripped all the rights that women have won in the last 100 years and put men at the top of what should have been woman’s glory. It is insane and sick, and I can see the liberals are just happy to see all these women humiliated and defeated just so they can piss off the conservatives. And now letting men into woman’s bathrooms and locker rooms? That is nothing but degeneracy. I follow no religion, but I was raised with some sense of morality and know the difference between right and wrong, and that is so wrong.
I can see all this building up to come to a head eventually. This is history just repeating itself because few of you have learned any of it.
But while you are all distracted with this, the real issues are moving past you and we are so close to going to war with Russia and China. The worlds levels of insanity are rising, and I can only see one outcome.
Im just glad I am old, I pity the youth of today.
