Why don’t all the right wingers on this site attack books like this? This is what capitalism results in. A small group of people with all the wealth making all of the decisions.
They should support the financial elite and fight against criticizing them to the death.
After all, what is the alternative? More wealth equality? Socialism? Democracy?

presuming that this is a serious question:
because it’s simple. everything is downstream from culture. and culture is deeply intertwined with the biological realities of those who compose that culture. effectively, if you get the culture right, tweaks regarding governance structures and/or economic systems are *relatively minor* once you have suitable population. that’s why. if you have a non-compliant population, overlaying the most optimal system will have next to no impact in the long term.

This is based on what?
Why would culture be the most important factor when within cultures you can find more disagreement than those sections have with other cultures. Meaning those sections of those cultures would be able to better get along with sections of other cultures.
